What is Compatibility Mode and how might it affect e-Learning courses? For example, I see my Course Status as 'Incomplete' rather than 'Complete'.

Sometimes, a website you're visiting doesn't look like you expect it to. Images might not appear, menus might be out of place, and text could be jumbled together. IHRDC e-Learning courses, quizzes, and exams may also be affected causing a Learning Management System to not properly track and score your progress correctly.  (A common issue we have encountered with our customers is that a learner believes s/he has completed a course, but when s/he views the course status, it shows as 'Incomplete').  These can be caused by a compatibility problem between Internet Explorer and the site you're on. When a site is incompatible with Internet Explorer, you'll see the Compatibility View button Compatibility View button in the address bar. By turning on Compatibility View, you can help fix display problems on sites.
