I entered my user name and password, but receive an error indicating that I entered an invalid username or password.

Please click on the link/button that says Forgot my Password or Forgot Password and confirm your email address. Your password will be resent to the email address you provide.  If you do not see the email in your inbox, check you junk mail as well.

If you continue experiencing this issue, please follow these guidelines:

1. Clear saved usernames and passwords for IHRDC websites by following the link for your browser below

2. Consider using a shorter email or email alias 

3. Avoid using usernames/passwords with letters with accents unless you have used these accents in the past

 If you continue to experience issues, please contact us using the IHRDC Customer Support form.
