My course will not load and my screen shows the "Course Loading" message.

This is issue can occur with courses that use Flash player. Please troubleshoot using the following steps:

  • Clear the cache on the browser (see step-by-step directions below)
  • Go to the Adobe website or just right click on the Flash player and select Global Settings, navigate to Global Storage Settings Paneland check the box that says Allow third party flash content to store data on your computer
  • If all else fails, try this:
