My name is misspelled on my Certificate of Completion.

This indicates that your name was entered incorrectly by your learning administrator in your profile. Please visit this link to see how to update your name: How do I change my name or email in my profile

Once your name has been corrected in your profile, reopen your certificate. If your name is still misspelled, you may need to clear the cache on your browser. Please review how to do that in this FAQ.
