I cannot see and/or hear the video in the e-Learning course.

All videos in our e-Learning courses have been thoroughly tested.  If you are unable to hear the audio in a video clip,  first check that your audio card is not muted. Many of the course videos have English voice overs and include an option to read the script through the closed caption option in your video plugin.  

IPIMS Background Learning courses have the option for different video formats. If you are having trouble playing IPIMS videos, please try selecting a different format from the Settings option at the course level (lower right icon in the course level interface):

Tablet devices will default to MP4 format.
