When I try to access my e-learning website, I get the following message: 'Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)' on my Google Chrome.

Check the URL that you entered to make sure it is complete and accurate. For example, your site may require http://companyname.ipims.com  instead of http://www.companyname.ipims.com 

Contact your learning administrator to confirm that your link is up-to-date.
